I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were always willing to assist with any requests. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops. We loved how close this hotel was to the metro which made getting around this city very easy. The hotel facilities were great too, especially the well-equipped gym in the basement. Our room and bathroom were very big and clean, and we even had a fridge which was very helpful. Lastly, the staff were so friendly and always ready to help.
No complaints.

The hotel had a good location, right in the heart of the city which made it so easy for us to move around. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast options were nice, we had a decent spread of items to choose from.
The air conditioning system was faulty which left the room warm and uncomfortable. Housekeeping services were not offered as regularly as we would have liked.

My recent stay close to a metro stop was a great experience. the location was convenient to Narimanov metro station, making exploring the city a breeze. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. the staff were helpful and always available. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options sure to satisfy all tastes.
There was one minor issue with the restaurant's bar.

Located in a great spot, easy to get around the city and close to public transport. the breakfast was quite good, with a variety of options that satisfied me. the gym was an added bonus to keep up with my exercise routine.
The room was not very clean when we arrived. We noticed several things that were broken such as the shower and lights.
